Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cut fabrics or trimmed materials
  • Custom-cut or personalized orders
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items caused by customers

Due to the nature of fabric products, slight color variations may occur because of monitor settings, lighting, photography, and dye lot differences. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return request is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by customers or returned because of incorrect shipping information provided by customers may be subject to return shipping and handling fees deducted from the refund amount.
