Retail checkout and wholesale quotations

For retail orders, use the delivery options and total shown at checkout. If no delivery option is available for your address, contact us on WhatsApp before paying; availability and a complete shipping quotation must be confirmed first. A country appearing in a delivery estimate does not mean every address in that country is served.

Wholesale orders are quoted individually. Send your style numbers, quantities, country, city and postal code. We confirm stock, product prices, the agreed delivery destination, shipping charges and applicable seller-imposed fees before you approve the quotation and pay. If you use a freight forwarder in China, we confirm delivery to their warehouse separately. Import duties and destination taxes remain subject to the disclosed terms.

Order Processing

We normally process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and stock verification.

Estimated Transit Time

The following estimates are in business days after dispatch. Add the 1-2 business day processing period above when estimating the total time from order to delivery.

  • United States: 7-15 business days.
  • Canada: 10-20 business days.
  • European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland: 7-18 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 business days.
  • Middle East: 10-25 business days.
  • Africa, South America and other destinations: 15-35 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, local carrier operations and destination conditions may affect delivery. Contact us for the current estimate for your specific destination and shipping service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is not free. The shipping charge is calculated from the actual shipment weight, destination and shipping method selected by the customer. The available shipping options and final cost are shown during checkout or confirmed by our team for wholesale orders.
