We accept eligible returns requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• The fabric must be returned without damage.
• Fabric that has been cut, washed, used or processed is not eligible for return.
• Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return procedure.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• For a customer-requested return, including an unwanted item or an incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• For a product-related issue confirmed by us, the seller covers the return shipping cost.

For a voluntary return, the original outbound shipping charge is normally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For an incorrect or defective item supplied by us, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Refund Timing

After the returned item is received and approved following inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items and Statutory Rights

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. We will assist with investigation and an appropriate resolution. These return conditions do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We do not offer exchanges. Please contact us about an eligible return and place a separate order if you need a different item.
