Payment Methods
Retail checkout and wholesale quotations
For retail orders, use the delivery options and total shown at checkout. If no delivery option is available for your address, contact us on WhatsApp before paying; availability and a complete shipping quotation must be confirmed first. A country appearing in a delivery estimate does not mean every address in that country is served.
Wholesale orders are quoted individually. Send your style numbers, quantities, country, city and postal code. We confirm stock, product prices, the agreed delivery destination, shipping charges and applicable seller-imposed fees before you approve the quotation and pay. If you use a freight forwarder in China, we confirm delivery to their warehouse separately. Import duties and destination taxes remain subject to the disclosed terms.
Payment Methods
Retail checkout
PayPal is our current retail checkout payment method. Review the final order total, shipping charge and available payment option at checkout before confirming payment.
Wholesale quotations
For wholesale orders, we confirm the available payment options and final invoice before payment. These can include Alibaba.com, PayPal and Western Union, subject to availability for your order and country. Any eligible Alibaba.com Trade Assurance order is subject to the platform's terms. Please confirm the payment instructions and any applicable fees before paying.
For wholesale orders quoted through WhatsApp, payment instructions will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed. Please do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed by SJD Lace.
For payment questions, contact sales@sjdlace.com or WhatsApp.
