Return Conditions
- The fabric must be returned without damage.
- Fabric that has been cut, washed, used or processed is not eligible for return.
- Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return procedure.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- For a customer-requested return, including an unwanted item or an incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- For a product-related issue confirmed by us, the seller covers the return shipping cost.
The original outbound shipping charge is not refundable.
